What we collect
When you ask for a quote we receive the details you send us: name, email, phone, travel dates, group size, passport country and any message. If you go ahead, we also collect passport details to buy your permit.
How we use it
We use your information to check dates, prepare your quote, buy permits, book lodging and transport, and contact you about your trip. We share it only with the parks, lodges and transport providers needed to deliver your trek. We do not sell it.
Email and WhatsApp
The request form sends your details to our office by email and sends you a confirmation. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a message written for you, and nothing is sent until you press send there.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to learn which pages help visitors. It uses cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
